My project and Set Goal

Everyday I hear somebody say something mean about the kids with special needs in our school. And it needs to stop. So my goal is to show our school how they’re not so different from you and me. To stop the negative and hateful attitudes towards them. I’m going to be spending one to two class periods per week with them in their classroom, to see how they work and study. I want to learn their interests, interact, and develop relationships with them. I wanna prove how they are just like us. Yes, they may have their differences, but doesn’t every teenager. I’m looking forward to the learning and exciting experiences that are yet to come as I step out of my comfort zone, to make a change.
